The Center for Manufacturing Innovation, located on the Calhoun Community College Campus in Limestone County, Alabama, offers students training in advanced manufacturing processes. The CMI is a joint venture between Calhoun Community College, the State of Alabama, the Alabama Department of Postsecondary Education, Manufacture Alabama, the Alabama Technology Network (ATN), Drake State Technical College, Snead State Community College, Northeast Community College, and area Chambers of Commerce and local industries.

Through their WorkKeys program, Calhoun Community College offers tailored workforce development programs. Area businesses can receive assistance with employee recruitment, development, and ongoing training.
